Technical Project Manager

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client in Filton. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing solutions for research and technology projects, including the COSINC project. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and documenting solutions for R&T projects
  • Collecting and assessing digital needs of research partners
  • Disseminating best practices from previous R&T projects

Key Accountabilities

  • Acting as a visionary to assist in defining future IT applications and services
  • Collaborating with System or Solution Architects to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Aligning architecture strategies with the organisation's business objectives
  • Defining standards and guidelines for IT selection and implementation
  • Clarifying business needs for future IT projects

Requirements

  • Manufacturing engineering experience
  • Shop floor execution experience
  • Industrial Modelling and Simulation experience
  • Configuration Management experience
  • Quality experience
  • Configured Digital Mock-Up experience
  • Product Lifecycle Management experience
  • Engineering IS Architecture experience
