About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NZC Consultant to join our team at Tetra Tech. As a key member of our NZC team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver low energy and carbon solutions in architectural and multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver NZC advice and low energy / carbon solutions in architectural and multi-disciplinary projects
  • Work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects
  • Model and report on Whole Life, Embodied and Operational Carbon using tools such as LCA One Click Software and PassivHaus PHPP
  • Explore different construction techniques and their impact on the environment
  • Help our Design Teams deliver energy efficient buildings and refurbishments
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a thorough knowledge of building construction and some experience in technical detailing. You will have excellent numeracy and communication skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of an established team.

A proven track record of working on low energy buildings and/or retrofit projects is desirable, as are any related qualifications and certification. A wider understanding of and interest in sustainability would be an advantage.

Requirements
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of an established team
  • Proficiency in the use of REVIT
  • Experience of using One Click LCA and PassivHaus PHPP is desirable but not essential
