Role Overview

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in facilitating the academic, social, and emotional development of students with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with ASD, focusing on academic and behavioral development.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with ASD.
  • Participating in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise in ASD support.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Specialized training or experience in working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
