We are currently recruiting for a Bank Dining Experience Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents across various care homes within our network.

Job Description:
  • About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with other members of the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation, while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating and delivering dining experiences for residents and staff, including meal planning and preparation
    • Maintaining the quality and presentation of food, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
    • Monitoring and recording temperature checks of refrigerators and freezers to ensure food is stored safely
    • Tracking and monitoring cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • A strong background in hospitality or culinary arts, with experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to motivate teams
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
