• Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with our front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and exceed guest expectations.

• Proven track record of success as a senior chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture.
