We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy residential conveyancing team at our well-established office in Nuneaton.

About the Role
  • Support conveyancing fee earners in all aspects of their caseload, with a view to becoming qualified in the longer term, under careful supervision.
  • Take instructions from clients and prepare detailed attendance notes.
  • Prepare and review contracts and supporting title documentation.
  • Initiate and review searches.
  • Deal with pre-contract enquiries.
  • Draft documents, letters, and reports.
  • Prepare and update completion statements.
  • Process exchange of contracts and post-completion documentation.
  • Prepare and submit SDLT forms.
  • General administrative duties.
Requirements
  • A law degree.
  • Previous experience in supporting a residential conveyancing team with all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
  • A sound understanding of the full conveyancing process.
  • A strong desire to progress your career to a fee-earning role in the longer term.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (with an hour's lunch break). The role is fully office-based, however, hybrid working may be accommodated in the longer term.
