About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Abbots Wood. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the head chef in providing high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary requirements of our Residents.

What We Offer

We offer above-market rate pay for our Kitchen Staff - £29,000 Pro Rata, Plus Company Benefits. Contracted hours - 20 Hours per week. Shifts work - Working alternate weekends. Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the care sector.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food hygiene standards.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
