Field Service Engineer - EPOS Systems/Electronic Point Of Sale

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in North Wales. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing break-fix and maintenance tasks on EPOS systems and electronic point of sale equipment in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of EPOS systems and electronic point of sale equipment
  • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products and components as directed
  • Participate in regular hardware and software trainings to maintain product knowledge and skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail store staff
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of more than 1 year as a Service Technician
  • Successfully completed education in IT- or mechatronic/electronic-related profession
  • Product knowledge of relevant industry and basic ITIL skills preferred
  • Shift adaptability, including on-call rotation for evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional customer service skills
