Job Description

The Student Behaviour Facilitator will be responsible for supporting students with complex behavioural needs in a Liverpool-based school. This rewarding role requires a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about creating a positive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored support plans to meet individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop effective behaviour management strategies
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students in need
Essential Qualities
  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviours
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and staff
Remuneration
  • A salary of £26-31 per hour
