Student Behaviour Facilitator

The Student Behaviour Facilitator will be responsible for supporting students with complex behavioural needs in a Liverpool-based school. This rewarding role requires a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about creating a positive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities- Design and deliver tailored support plans to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop effective behaviour management strategies
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students in need
- Experience working with students with challenging behaviours
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff
- A salary of £26-31 per hour
