We seek a visionary Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and management across all aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of community engagement, arts administration, and leadership, with a deep understanding of the social and cultural context of the Fairhill-Hartranft neighborhood.
We offer a dynamic work environment, a team of 16 full- and part-time staff members, and a budget of 5M annually.
As a key member of our leadership team, the Executive Director will play a critical role in shaping the organization's future and ensuring its continued impact in the community.
