Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn in Carrickfergus.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for the UK's leading hospitality business, Whitbread. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

With a guaranteed 16 hours per week, you will have the flexibility to plan your week around your commitments. We are looking for someone who can work across all shifts, including early and evening periods.

• Welcome guests to the hotel and provide a warm and friendly welcome
• Check-in and check-out guests, handling any issues that may arise
• Answer phone calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is able to work well under pressure and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be working as part of a team, so being able to build strong relationships with colleagues is essential.
