Job Description

A challenging role has become available for a Network Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join Connect IT Utility Services Limited. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the utility sector, ensuring efficient project execution and exceptional customer communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing site visits to deliver customer notification letters for planned supply interruptions. This involves liaising with stakeholders, assessing project requirements, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

We are seeking someone with a career background working alongside regulated DNOs, delivery of underground and/or overhead lines activities. Strong communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the South of England are also required.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Notification Letter Delivery: Personally deliver planned interruption notification letters to customers, ensuring they are informed well in advance of any supply disruptions.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a point of contact for customers, providing reassurance and mitigating potential issues related to planned works.
  • Site Visits: Assess on-site conditions, identify constraints, and record relevant information to support project planning.
