Culinary Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Trainee to join our kitchen team at RedCat Pub Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the food preparation process, cooking, and preparing high-quality dishes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including Tronc, 25% off all food, drink, and rooms at RedCat Venues, and a comprehensive training program.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have good work ethic, be able to work as part of a busy team, and possess a flexible approach to the working week. Ideally, you will have level 1 and 2 food safety awards, minimum 6 months relevant experience, awareness of manual handling techniques, and experience of kitchen equipment.
