About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate to join our Integrated Health Team in Shipston and Wellesbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act in the best interests of patients and provide person-centred care that is safe, compassionate, and effective.
  • Put patients first and provide nursing care that is tailored to their individual needs.
  • Act professionally at all times and use your knowledge and experience to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Recognise and work within the limits of your competence and be accountable for your actions.
  • Support patients to improve and maintain their mental, physical, and behavioural health and wellbeing.
  • Engage in public health, community development, and the reduction of health inequalities.
  • Provide compassionate, safe, and effective care and support to patients in a range of care settings.
  • Monitor the condition and health needs of patients on a continual basis and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements
  • GCSE level A-C English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Nursing Associate Foundation Degree/Higher Apprenticeship.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare.
  • Experience as part of a team.
  • Able to implement and evaluate treatment.
  • Able to recognise when escalation to a registered professional is required.
  • Able to delegate work appropriately.
  • Able to manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of research-based practices.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of clinical audit and clinical effectiveness.
  • Good written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Able to present information, written and orally, in an accurate, clear, and logical manner.
  • Able to write reports about an assessment of an individual.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to write accurate and legible patient notes.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Able to work as a team member.
  • Compassionate.
  • Reliable.
