Brand Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Sales Consultant to join our Aberdeen showroom team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Recommend suitable product ranges based on client specifications, including dimensions and budget.
- Provide accurate and detailed quotations within agreed timeframes.
- Handle client payments, ensuring seamless transactions and issuing receipts.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow our agreed sales process to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Present a professional image at all times.
- Develop strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Bring relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales or possess the underlying traits to excel in this role.
- Demonstrate a good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
- Possess relevant experience in a similar environment, although on-the-job and formal internal training will be provided.
