Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging History lessons to students of varying abilities
  • Assess and provide feedback on student work, using established procedures
  • Monitor and report student progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, ensuring alignment with college policies
  • Contribute to the college's commitment to Career-Focused Learning, promoting relationships with local employers and the community
Requirements:
  • Degree in History or a related subject
  • Expertise in History, with knowledge of additional enrichment activities
  • Ability to create innovative and effective lesson plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
