We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Carlsberg Group. Reporting to the Free Trade & Recoveries Credit Manager, this role will:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales Area Ledger: Oversee a sales area ledger consisting of customers on credit and cash terms, ensuring timely payments and effective credit management.
- Daily Credit Management: Conduct daily credit management of trade accounts, ensuring targets, deadlines, and objectives are met, and risk is managed through regular contact with customers and sales managers.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks by reviewing and assessing held orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, responding to queries and claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Master Data Management: Review and maintain accurate master data records, ensuring compliance with GDPR rules and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performance team culture, building relationships and helping to develop and maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar Credit role or experience within the brewing industry.
- Continuous Development: A drive for continuous development and improvement in self and others.
- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of Money Laundering and Fraud prevention.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERP(SAP), 365 Office.
