German Speaking Life Sciences Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Language Business. As a German or French speaking Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for working with life science and medical related companies across Europe, understanding their business needs and hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own accounts with life science and related medical industry clients
- Work towards individual and team targets, with a strong focus on team collaboration
- Interview candidates face-to-face and over the phone
- Attend industry events and exhibitions
- Regularly attend client meetings and business pitches
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Fluency in either German or French
- Graduate degree in life sciences or a related field, or business studies
- Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent relationship building skills and a positive attitude
- Basic salary from £28,000 for graduate entry level up to £35,000 for experienced candidates
- Sales commissions (uncapped, with a realistic potential of £50,000+)
- Excellent benefits, including an option to pursue a sponsored MBA at Cranfield University
- 25 days holiday, rising to 26 days after one year of service
- Electric bike scheme, with up to £2000 subsidised
- £25 gym membership monthly contribution
- Matched pension contribution up to 7.5% of basic salary
