About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join our team at Rutherford Briant. As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance, and developing your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, conducting risk assessments and developing appropriate audit plans.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Professional certification such as ACA/ACCA.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
