We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in NG17. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the pupil, their family, and other staff members to provide tailored support and implement the school's EHCP.
Job Description:- Implement the EHCP with dedicated support
- Communicate regularly with parents on behaviour and progress
- Adapt learning to meet the pupil's unique needs
- Provide 1:1 support and build a strong relationship with the pupil
In order to succeed in this role, you will need a Level 3 CACHE/NVQ or equivalent qualification, a basic understanding of ADHD (Level 1 preferred), experience working with SEN pupils, and the ability to work consistently and reliably.
Estimated Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is £24,500 - £29,500 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
