Perfume Connoisseur Specialist

We are seeking a talented Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team at Creed Counter in Flannels Meadowhall, Sheffield. As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for upholding the prestige of the Creed brand and creating an unparalleled customer experience.

Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and drive sales. You will also meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.

In addition, you will deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty. You will also maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
