Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Lead to lead the development and execution of our EU financing products.

This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a competitive salary of £400 per day, inside IR35.

The contract will run for 12 months, with a December start date.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft detailed product strategies, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the product roadmap, focusing on enhancing the customer experience (CX) while aligning with long-term product objectives.
  • Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to continuously evolve the product portfolio and optimize the CX journey.
  • Partner with internal marketing and communications teams to design and execute strategies that increase engagement and visibility for EU financing products.
  • Maintain and negotiate relationships with external lending partners, driving process efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence, proactively mitigate risks, and keep the product roadmap free from obstacles.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in product management within financial services, fintech, insurance, or lending, including product and CX launches for financing products.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and scaling lending solutions and new CX features.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with the management of day-to-day operations, focusing on speed and quality.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making to support product development.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements within the lending sector.
