SEND Teaching Assistant Role

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Primary SEND School in Shrewsbury. Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote inclusivity and acceptance of all students, fostering a supportive and caring environment.
  • Support pupils consistently, responding to their individual needs and working collaboratively with the teacher to develop effective lesson plans.
  • Deliver targeted catch-up sessions to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
