Project Manager Opportunity in Fire Detection and Alarm Systems

Location: Hayes, Middlesex

Salary: £60,000+ and Bonus + benefits

Benefits: BUPA, Car/ Allowance, Healthcare, etc.

This is a new start and major project, offering a long-term, stable, and permanent role for a Fire Alarm Systems Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering projects for a Fire Detection Installer as a Fire Alarm Systems Project Manager of large or major projects (or medium-sized projects, if keen to be supported and progress to managing £1m+).

Responsibilities will include setup, meetings, and follow-through over many years to ensure fire systems are completed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage large and complex projects integrating with Fire Suppression and Fire Protection.
  2. Provide consultations and handle variations with technical knowledge of Fire Alarms.
  3. Work with other Fire Project Managers to handle mechanical aspects, allowing you to focus on your area.
  4. Ensure fire systems are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager within UK Fire Alarm systems installation (Addressable).
  • Fire Suppression and Fire Detection experience is beneficial (mechanical managed by others).
  • Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms to provide consultations and handle variations.
  • Experience as a Fire & Security or Fire and Security Project Manager with a specialisation in life safety or Fire Detection is preferred.
  • Interest in large Fire Alarm Projects or experience of £1m+.
