Position: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £27,805 - £31,500 per annum (pro-rata) plus 30% enhancements for nights and weekends
Lka People is seeking a dedicated and committed Registered Nurse to join our specialist care team in Ipswich. This role focuses on providing high-quality care for individuals with acquired brain injuries and a range of neurological conditions, including Huntingtons disease, Parkinsons, and multiple sclerosis.
About the Role:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised clinical care using evidence-based guidelines. They will lead the care team in ensuring that service users and their families receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised clinical care using evidence-based guidelines, while providing specialist advice to service users.
- Leadership: Provide support, leadership, recognition, and supervision to other team members, including demonstrating activities to new or less experienced colleagues.
- Care Planning: Ensure that service users and their families/carers are fully involved in the care planning process.
