About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and progressive team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Community Health and Integrated Care division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients across East Sussex.

Our expanded Occupational Therapy service provides care and rehabilitation across the integrated pathway from acute to intermediate care services in the community. You will work closely with our Professional Leads, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Team Leads, Practice Educators, and the wider team to deliver fully joined-up care to our patients.

Requirements

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. You must hold a valid HCPC pin and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
