About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years' experience looking to take the next step in their career, with clear progression pathways and full support toward professional accreditation (ICE or IStructE).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare structural design calculations by hand and through engineering software
  2. Design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
  3. Create project drawings and specifications using AutoCAD (experience with 3D modelling is beneficial)
  4. Collaborate with senior engineers on delivering project outcomes
Requirements
  1. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng, BEng, BSc)
  2. 1-2 years' structural design experience within a consultancy environment
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
  4. A full UK driving license and access to your own transport

Experience with roads and drainage design, as well as 3D modelling, would be an advantage but is not essential.
