Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, proactive, cost-effective, safe, and responsive patient-centric systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service at London Bridge Hospital. This will involve working closely with the Lead Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology and other members of the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care. The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Developing and managing high-quality services that meet the needs of our patients
• Contributing to the delivery of a proactive, cost-effective, safe, and responsive patient-centric systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service at London Bridge Hospital
• Working closely with the Lead Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology and other members of the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of medications
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track the performance of the pharmacy service

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• MPharm or equivalent qualification
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Postgraduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent desirable
• Experience in delivering a clinical pharmacy service to wards post-registration
• Previous experience of working in oncology
• Practical experience in an Aseptic Production Unit & GMP essential
• Mosaiq, BD Cato, Meditech knowledge desirable
