Job Title: Food Laboratory Administrator

We are currently seeking a skilled Food Laboratory Administrator to join our team at Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role with plenty of opportunities for career progression.

About the Job

This position involves working closely with our laboratory team to ensure that all testing and analysis requirements are met. As a Food Laboratory Administrator, you will be responsible for conducting tests, analysing results, and escalating any issues as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting tests to analyse products and materials.
  • Collecting samples across the site and registering them for analysis.
  • Interpreting results of analyses and escalating non-conformance issues as required.
  • Creating action plans for non-conformances and following them up according to procedures.
  • Communicating and reporting results to relevant departments.

You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory safety and 5S levels, ensuring that instrumentation is functioning and calibrated, and verifying methods used.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ambition & drive.
  • Good or advanced Microsoft Office experience.
  • Previous experience of data analysis would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Solid team player who is happy to contribute to the common success of the business.
  • Self-motivated and excellent communicator.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
