About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Voltage Resolution Engineer to join our team in resolving ongoing network issues.

The successful candidate will work on the LV and HV network, investigating and resolving technical issues in accordance with policy and regulation standards.

This role involves responding to customer enquiries about continuity of supply on the network, ensuring reliable performance and network security meet regulatory and business plan objectives.

Key responsibilities include protecting the environment and surrounding work areas, and safeguarding the Company's reputation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in emergency events, including severe weather, and possess Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) and New Roads & Streetworks Act (NRSWA) certification.

A good working knowledge of Operational Safety Rules and Operational Authorisations Cat 1 – 5 (Substation Entry, Supervising a Working Party, LV Switching), 10 (Mobile Generation) is essential.

Cat 12 & Cat 14 (SAP) authorisations or working towards this is also required.
