Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our agrochemicals team in Europe. The successful candidate will have a strong technical and commercial background from within the industry, with experience in crop protection formulation, additives and applications.

  • Provide agrochemicals technical support in the EMEA region.
  • Visit customers and support growth in Europe.
  • Work closely with commercial and technical teams to support product portfolio.
  • Develop commercially viable agrochemical formulations.
  • Maintain awareness of product development & trends in specific industry and project areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A BSc/MSc in Chemistry or equivalent.
  • Proven track record and knowledge in crop protection formulation, additives and applications.
  • Confidence in providing customer and technical solutions in the agrochemical/crop protection sector.
  • Experience in project management and leadership would be advantageous.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
