Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our facility in Goole, East Yorkshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and participating in project work.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs.
- Participate in project work, including the installation of new equipment and the modification of existing systems.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and maintenance staff to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
- Apprentice-trained, multi-skilled with an electrical bias (or mechanically biased with strong electrical skills).
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work on Continuous Improvement projects.
- Willingness to work a Panama shift pattern (2's and 3's) days and nights.
