Job Title: Digital Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Construction Manager to join our Regional Construction team at Kier Group.

About the Role

As a Digital Construction Manager, you will play a key role in enabling the use of digital tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements, and will report ongoing progress to the project team and line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information requirements are met across relevant projects.
  • Manage and share information using the common data environment, adhering to ISO 19650 standards.
  • Audit and support the project team to ensure standards, methods, and procedures are in use.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the improvement of PLM resources.
  • Promote digital strategies and provide feedback to the Senior Digital Construction Manager.
  • Discuss open BIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability.
  • Understand and experience with software tools to view and interrogate models.
