  • Provide 24x7 on-call support for storage systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability.
  • Develop technical subject matter expertise on established and emerging storage systems and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Communicate system operations and environment changes to stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Maintain adherence to SOX, PCI, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Understand and avoid capacity, redundancy, and health constraints of storage systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage automated storage device configuration, ensuring efficient and secure storage management.
  • Provide technical input to solution development plans and concept documents, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT-owned storage solutions, ensuring proactive issue resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of EMC VPLEX, POWERMAX storage platforms, NAS.
  • Extensive technical expertise and analysis on the business storage environments.
  • Proven experience in leading technical projects and developing innovative storage solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
