Major Recruitment Doncaster Industrial is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for our client located in Hull. This role plays a major part in ensuring the quality of service described is adhered to efficiently while carrying out repairs and minimizing time and material costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document all repairs according to company policy and quality standards utilizing ISTA for repair instructions.
  • Adhere to supplier guidelines for material usage.
  • Participate in relevant training courses to learn new methods and techniques.
  • Take ownership of vehicles and responsibility for repairs performed.
  • Remain flexible in daily duties as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to and improvement upon the quality of service as outlined in working procedures, as well as compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities and ISO 9001 accreditation.
  • Maintain awareness, knowledge, and training on environmental issues within the ISO 14001 standard.
  • Ensure compliance with site rules.
Skills Required:
  • IMI Level 2/3/4 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Equivalent (certificates will be required).
  • Further qualifications in EV would be advantageous.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
