Key Responsibilities:
- Document all repairs according to company policy and quality standards utilizing ISTA for repair instructions.
- Adhere to supplier guidelines for material usage.
- Participate in relevant training courses to learn new methods and techniques.
- Take ownership of vehicles and responsibility for repairs performed.
- Remain flexible in daily duties as needed.
- Ensure adherence to and improvement upon the quality of service as outlined in working procedures, as well as compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities and ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Maintain awareness, knowledge, and training on environmental issues within the ISO 14001 standard.
- Ensure compliance with site rules.
- IMI Level 2/3/4 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Equivalent (certificates will be required).
- Further qualifications in EV would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- £40,000 salary.
