Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing programs to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on market performance and developing action plans to improve results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovations, including pack price architecture optimisations and post-launch evaluations.
  • Deliver campaigns and marketing activities, working closely with digital teams to create engaging content and track performance.
  • Represent Home Care within the business, providing expertise on brand performance and plans.
  • Present to retailers and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage projects and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading teams to execute complex projects.
  • Ability to work confidently with multiple cross-functional teams, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Balance of creativity and science, with a strong business mindset and commercial acumen.
  • Numeracy and data analysis skills for insight development.

Working Environment:

As a contractor based at Kingston, you will be eligible for free parking at a local carpark. Our office facilities include a staff shop, canteen, and gym, with shower facilities and hairdryers available.
