About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PR Consultant to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a key leadership role within the agency, you will work closely with the agency owner to shape and deliver the strategic vision of the business, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the agency's PR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Work directly with the agency owner on strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Oversee key client accounts, delivering successful PR campaigns from conception through to execution.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficient resource allocation, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry contacts, and stakeholders.
  • Drive new business efforts, helping to grow the agency's client portfolio and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior PR role within an agency, ideally focused on the B2B sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and business development.
  • Strong understanding of PR fundamentals, including media relations, content development, and crisis management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with the agency owner and wider team.
