The SIP team specializes in automotive LiDAR chipsets, a revolutionary technology using light to detect objects for Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), including autonomous driving.

We are seeking an experienced mixed signal semiconductor engineer with a proven track record of bringing automotive products through the New Product Introduction (NPI) development process from definition to production release. Your expertise should include relevant functional safety and qualification-related analysis, preferably in RF (up to 1 GHz) LiDAR opto-electronics, such as transimpedance amplifiers, silicon optical amplifier drivers, and laser drivers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automotive systems, architecture, and applications, particularly for ADAS, LiDAR/Radar.
  • Understand the requirements of optoelectronic mixed signal ICs and their impact on end-application performance.
  • Develop top-level system architecture, item definitions, and safety concepts optimized for mixed signal LiDAR ICs.
  • Familiarity with the formal V-model/ISO26262 process.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to deliver customer documentation, application notes, and datasheets.
  • Perform NPI activities, including PCB design, documentation, optical component selection, and system-level testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends through benchmarking and/or professional association participation.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to address complex situations and find innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in complex PCB/electronics/optical mixed signal chip support/design.
  • Automotive systems engineering, hardware architecture concept, item definition, and Medini experience are desirable.

Benefits:

We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and recognition, and a competitive compensation package. Our pay-for-performance philosophy ensures that your contributions are valued and rewarded.
