About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in the Accident and Emergency department at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations.
  • Work as an effective team member, promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and promoting patient autonomy.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
