Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured by RETAIND Ltd. This role will involve working closely with the production team to implement quality control measures and improve processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
- Training and Development: Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, quality control team, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
