Clinical Lead Nurse Job Description

Orchid Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Harrow. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our elderly residents, some of whom may suffer from dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Care Manager in planning and implementing high-quality nursing care
  • Manage and motivate a team of nurses and carers
  • Ensure the smooth running of the nursing home
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals and members of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Perform administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) registered with the NMC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead post desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on nursing experience
  • Passion for elderly care
