Financial Planning Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at a leading Independent Financial Advice firm. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners and providing exceptional client service.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with strong technical knowledge to develop their skills and work within a supportive team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners, including preparing client reports, managing client data, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial planners, including preparing client reports and managing client data
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and financial data
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations and proposals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in financial services
  • Good technical knowledge in pensions, protection, and investments (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
