Clinical Lead Nurse - Endoscopy Bournemouth | Theatre | Permanent | Full time, Includes weekend work Up to £45,000 depending on experience hours per week


Main Duties of the Job


Support the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Endoscopy Unit. Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety. Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care. Work well with consultants who are experts in their field. Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery. Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety.

Person Specification


Qualifications


As a Clinical Lead Nurse at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital, you are registered with the appropriate governing body and have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC.


Experience


With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, within Endoscopy. You will be responsible for supporting the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Endoscopy Unit. You will co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety. You will work well with consultants who are experts in their field, applying your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery. You will champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety.
