Senior Healthcare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our practice forward, building on its strong reputation. As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and development in a collaborative environment.
This full-time role requires around 40 hours per week, with a commitment to 2 out of every 5 Saturdays (08:30-13:00). In this position, you will work closely with the existing management team to support staff, clients, and patients, ensuring the highest level of care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care. If you are a motivated professional looking to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £62,500 - £75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
- An annual CPD budget of £1,750 and 5 days of CPD leave pro rata
- 7 weeks' holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
