Salary
As a Decontamination Technician, you will be paid a competitive salary, estimated at around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
You will support the provision of a high quality sterilization/decontamination service in accordance with Ramsay policies and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices (surgical instruments) to the highest of standards.
You will participate fully in quality control processes ensuring procedures and documentation is completed accurately at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need experience as a Decontamination Technician within a healthcare setting or a similar role in a similar environment.
You must have good written and verbal communication skills.
You will need to be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
You will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs of the business.
You will need to demonstrate customer service skills.
You will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
