About this Job: We are currently looking for a highly skilled Principal CIL Specialist to join our team at The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited in Central London. This contract will be based on a rolling arrangement with an expected initial duration of 3 months.
Job Description:
- Work independently on a full range of CIL/S106 Agreement duties, including high-profile planning applications and tight deadlines.
- Provide infrastructure advice on planning applications/pre-application enquiries.
- Lead the effective implementation, administration, and enforcement of the S106 and CIL processes, including the database of heads of terms, charges, allocations, and spend.
What You Will Need:
- A relevant town planning related degree.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A proven track record of working independently on complex tasks.
Perks:
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
- An estimated hourly rate of £324/day (inside IR35).
Estimated Salary: £62,688/year or approximately £324/day, based on a standard 37-hour workweek and assuming a 20-day work schedule per month.
