Nelson Bridges is a long-established firm looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role would suit someone with previous Legal Secretarial experience and strong organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

This role includes:

  1. Conducting Land Registry searches
  2. Providing exceptional client service through effective liaison and communication
  3. Managing the dispatch of mail and ensuring timely delivery
  4. Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documents
  5. Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments
  6. Performing daily filing tasks and maintaining confidentiality

The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator with excellent time management and communication skills.
