Repairs Planner / Scheduler Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance within social housing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage calls on system
* Manage operatives' diaries
* General administration
* Plan repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
* Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
* Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients
* Document control - ensure worksheets are received and checked
* Work towards individual and client KPIs

Requirements:

* Experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Experience of using a repairs and maintenance software
