About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Menswear Designer to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish menswear designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menswear design strategies that align with our brand vision and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts meet business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Design and develop high-quality menswear products that meet our brand standards and customer preferences.
  • Manage and maintain design processes, including design development, sampling, and production.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of our brand's visual identity and aesthetic.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in menswear design, preferably in a senior role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of menswear design principles, including fabric selection, color theory, and pattern making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
