Health, Safety and Environment Manager

At Quickline Communications, we're committed to creating a safe and sustainable work environment. We're seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead our ESG journey and drive us towards net-zero.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a positive HSE culture in line with ISO 45001 and 14001
  • Lead a small Health and Safety team and support management in identifying hazards and assessing risks
  • Manage CDM2015 projects and drive delivery and safety improvements through 3rd party suppliers and partners
  • Collaborate with teams to embed best practice and environmental health and safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant health and safety qualification/training, such as Nebosh Diploma or NVQ/NCRQ Level 5
  • Registered with IOSH or IEMA
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data analysis and report writing
  • Experience leading teams and influencing employees at all levels of the business
